WHAT WE DO

The New Paradigm Theater Youth Board works to create a strong teen community and build social and collaboration skills by working with peers in a low-stakes, yet professional environment. The Youth Board provides opportunities for leadership experience, collaborative efforts, and is a space for teens with a shared interest in theater to work together in order to provide the New Paradigm Theater with a solid teen community and voice. The work the Youth Board does is vital to the promotion and organization of certain NPT events, and even shows. We, on the NPT youth board, strive to create a solid foundation for future members and provide a fun, yet productive outlet for creative collaboration, problem-solving, organization, and creativity.

• Performing at benefits and fundraisers
• Participating in Creating Community Workshops
• Promoting NPT shows via social media
• Organizing certain NPT events, such as the 2025 Gala
